A clear document workflow

Review first. Keep control.

  1. Choose a document

    Select an ordinary Word DOCX or PDF in ChatGPT and confirm its contents are within the supported scope.

  2. Inspect and review

    See the supported hidden-information categories the cleaner finds before making any changes.

  3. Confirm any content changes

    Decide whether to accept tracked changes or remove hidden text and custom XML when the findings require it.

  4. Get a verified copy

    Receive a separate cleaned file after verification. Your original remains unchanged.

Your account and connection

One service. A connected workflow.

This hosted edition uploads selected files for processing. It requires its own active service account. Your Apple app purchase and ChatGPT plan do not automatically include access.

Connect an existing account

Once the plugin is available to your account, choose Connect in ChatGPT. Enter your hosted-service email and access key on the Myworkingmemory sign-in page. Review the permissions and connect.

Ordinary documents. Clear limits.

Choose an ordinary document

Before upload, confirm that your document excludes personal health records, payment-card details, government-ID numbers, passwords, API keys and other authentication secrets. The service does not promise to detect these for you.

Files must be DOCX or PDF and no larger than 2 MiB. Cleaning that accepts tracked changes or removes hidden text or custom XML needs your confirmation. Unsupported or incompletely verified files are refused.

Review before sharing

Visible private information, PDF form answers, and metadata inside embedded images can remain. This is not redaction or a guarantee of anonymity.

Downloads expire after ten minutes. Temporary encrypted copies are removed during later processing or the daily cleanup. The hosting provider can retain logs or backups under its own systems.
