Get a cleaned copy

Check that Firefox has extension version 0.2.0 or later. Earlier version 0.1.0 uploads files.
Select one ordinary Word DOCX or PDF up to 2 MiB, confirm its scope and choose Inspect locally.
Connect free access by verifying your email, or enter your purchased hosted-service email/key. Email and allowance/payment checks use the network; document processing stays local.
Review findings. Approve content changes if requested, then create the cleaned copy.
Download before closing or resetting the tab. The original is unchanged.

Failures and retries

A failed local cleaning releases its reservation and does not consume a successful-cleaning credit. If the network fails during allowance confirmation, keep the tab open and choose Retry confirmation. The same operation ID prevents another credit charge. Changing the file is disabled while confirmation is pending. Disconnect clears the pending result; download first if available. Reservations expire after five minutes. A supported document that cannot be fully verified is refused.

What can remain

Visible text, form answers, embedded-image metadata and unsupported structures may remain. Cleaning is not redaction or anonymization. Accepting tracked changes, removing hidden text or custom XML can alter document content. Review the downloaded copy before sharing.

Email dean@myworkingmemory.ai with your Firefox/extension version and generic error text. Do not send sensitive documents, access keys or card details. Disconnect clears local session credentials and workspace, not server account/payment records.
