Summary

Information Processed on Your Device

The App processes information on your device to provide its timer features. This may include:

This local processing does not mean we receive or store that information.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, receive, or store the timer content you create in the App, including timer titles, notes, elapsed time, committed-time entries, or timer history, unless you choose to send that content to us or to a third party.

We do not use your timer content to train AI or machine-learning models, and the current version of the App does not send your timer content to third-party AI services.

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable privacy laws.

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies for advertising or advertising measurement.

The App does not display third-party advertising and does not use third-party analytics SDKs.

Information You Choose to Provide

You may choose to provide information when you contact us, request support, send feedback, submit a screenshot, or otherwise communicate with us. We collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, attachments, and any other information you include.

Please do not send sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for your request. Do not send passwords, full payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive credentials in support requests.

Screenshots or attachments you send to support may contain personal information. You are responsible for reviewing screenshots before sending them.

We use support communications to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve app reliability, protect our rights and users, and maintain records of the request.

Our email and hosting providers may process support communications and technical data for the purpose of providing email, hosting, security, and related services.

Website and Support Page Data

When you visit our website, legal pages, or support pages, our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps to provide, secure, and maintain the website.

This website/support-page processing is separate from timer content stored locally in the App.

Local Storage, Backups, and Deletion

Timer content and committed-time entries stored locally remain on your device until you delete them, delete the App, or change your device/storage settings. We cannot access, recover, or delete content that is stored only on your device.

Depending on your device settings, content stored by the App may be included in device backups or cloud backups controlled by you and/or your device provider. We do not control your device backup settings.

Deleting the App, deleting local files, resetting your device, disabling backups, running out of device storage, or losing access to your device may permanently delete content stored locally.
