This Privacy Policy explains how File Photos in Real Time handles information when you use the app.

What stays on your device

Your photos, the folders you create, any notes you add, and the text recognised inside your images are stored on your device. Text recognition runs on the phone. We do not operate a server that receives, stores, or backs up your photos, and there is no account.

Product-interaction analytics

The app's privacy manifest declares one collected data type: product interaction, used for analytics. It is declared as not linked to your identity and not used for tracking. Events describe how the app is used — such as opens and feature use — together with app version and platform, plus a randomly generated installation identifier stored on your device.

We do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or the content you create in the app.

Photos you export

You control any copy that leaves the app. Exporting to Files or saving to your Photos library happens only when you choose it.

What we do not do

No account and no sign-in.
No advertising SDKs and no advertising identifiers.
No tracking across other companies' apps or websites.
No sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
No use of your content to train machine learning or AI models.

Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your choices

Deleting the app removes the data stored on your device. Purchases and refunds are handled by Apple through the App Store.
