Your purchase

This is a one-time purchase from Myworkingmemory LLC. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Purchased photo credits do not expire. One credit covers one successfully cleaned photo; failed cleaning attempts do not count. You can download a saved ready copy again without spending another credit.

One successful cleaning is available free in each browser. Inspection is free. Photo credits are separate from Word/PDF credits and Apple App Store purchases.

What you receive

Photo Cleaner creates and checks a new image from the visible pixels of supported static JPEG, PNG, and WebP files. JPEG is reencoded; PNG and WebP inputs produce PNG output. Supported metadata containers are removed. Your original is unchanged. Compression or color appearance can change.

Each file must be no more than 20 MB and 40 megapixels. Batches contain up to 20 photos and 100 MB. Animated files, HEIC, GIF, SVG, PDF, and unsupported JPEG variants are not accepted. Visible faces, text, watermarks, and landmarks remain in the picture; cleaning does not redact visible content.

Access and recovery

Use your purchase email to sign in and restore your balance. A new verification code replaces your previous Photo Cleaner access key. Purchased balances are kept on the service; ready image copies are kept in the browser where you cleaned them. Download copies you want to keep before removing browser data or uninstalling.

If a connection is interrupted after cleaning, the saved copy can be recovered using the same account. Successfully charged ready copies remain downloadable in that browser. A completed refund adjusts unused credits from the affected purchase; other purchases are separate.
