What happened, what you expected instead, the device you were using (iPhone, iPad, Mac, or Apple Vision Pro), and the app version from the App Store listing. If it involves a photo, a sketch, or a pinned location, say which.
My Notes & Cards is one App Store app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. One subscription covers all of them. Apple Vision Pro has no camera available to apps, so on that device you attach photos from your photo library rather than taking one in the app; everything else — sections, cards, checklists, sketches, pinned locations, search, and printing — works the same.
My Notes & Cards requires an active auto-renewable subscription, offered monthly and yearly. Apple shows the price for your region before you buy. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple through your Apple Account, not by us. To cancel, open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. To restore a subscription on a new device, open the plans screen in the app and choose Restore purchases.
Your sections, cards, photos, sketches, and pinned locations are stored on your device. We never receive them. Keep your own backups of anything important; an Apple device backup you control is the usual way.
The app sends limited product-interaction analytics to PostHog — app opens, app version, and whether a subscription or restore flow succeeded or failed. It never sends section names, card text, checklist text, photo or sketch contents, place names, or filenames. The Privacy Policy lists exactly what is and is not sent.
Delete individual cards and sections inside the app. Deleting the app removes its local data from that device, subject to any Apple backup you control. To ask about the analytics identifier held by PostHog, or to have it deleted, email the address above.
