By installing or using My Notes & Cards, you agree to these terms. They are intentionally short.
Your use of My Notes & Cards is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
My Notes & Cards runs on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro, and one subscription covers all of them because they are one App Store app.
Everything you create in My Notes & Cards belongs to you. The app is designed to store your content locally on your device. We do not receive your notes, cards, photos, sketches, or saved locations through My Notes & Cards unless you intentionally send something to us outside the app, such as by email.
You are responsible for backing up your data through Apple device backups if you want to preserve it across devices. Please do not rely on My Notes & Cards as the only place you store critical information. Keep separate backups of anything important.
You agree not to use My Notes & Cards for any unlawful purpose. You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the app.
My Notes & Cards requires an active auto-renewable Plus subscription through the Apple App Store before app use. There is no free tier or trial path in the app.
A subscription is required to view, edit, create, import, print, or share content in the app. If your entitlement expires, your existing app data may remain stored locally on your device, but app use is locked until Apple reports an active monthly or yearly entitlement again.
My Notes & Cards Plus includes sections, cards, supported card features such as text, checklists, photos, sketches, and pinned locations, printing, Mac sharing and export, and other Plus features available in the current version of the app.
My Notes & Cards Plus is offered as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Apple shows the current price for your App Store country or region before purchase.
Payment is charged through your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your Apple ID account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings.
If the subscription price or included features change in the future, the App Store listing and in-app purchase screen will control the offer presented to you before purchase. Features may change over time as the app is improved, maintained, or updated for compatibility.
You can cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple ID account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription managed by Apple.
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, not by us.
My Notes & Cards is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do our best to make the app reliable, but software can fail, and you assume the risk of using it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, lost notes, or consequential damages from using the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
My Notes & Cards is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Standard EULA for licensed applications. If these terms conflict with Apple's Standard EULA, Apple's Standard EULA controls for your App Store license.
If these terms change, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Continuing to use the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
