Privacy Policy

My Notes & Cards · Effective May 5, 2026

My Notes & Cards is published by Myworkingmemory LLC in Nashville, Tennessee. This policy is written in plain language because the app's privacy story is simple: My Notes & Cards does not collect personal data through the app and does not send your note content to our servers.

Your notes, cards, photos, drawings, and pinned locations are stored locally on your device. If you choose to use Apple system services such as App Store purchases, iOS backups, Photos, Maps, or printing, those services are handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and privacy practices.

What My Notes & Cards stores

Everything you create in My Notes & Cards — sections, cards, text notes, checklists, photos, doodles, and pinned locations — is stored locally on your device. Your data lives in the app's private storage on your iPhone unless it is included in an iOS device backup controlled by you. We never see it. We never receive it. We have no way to access it through My Notes & Cards.

Purchases and subscriptions

My Notes & Cards may offer an optional subscription through Apple's in-app purchase system. Purchases, free trials, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and payment information are handled by Apple through your Apple ID. My Notes & Cards does not receive or store your credit card number or payment details.

The app may check your App Store subscription entitlement on your device to determine whether Plus features are unlocked. This check is handled through Apple's StoreKit system.

What My Notes & Cards does not do

Permissions the app may ask for

My Notes & Cards may ask for the following iOS permissions only when you use specific features. All permission requests are handled by iOS, and you can change them at any time in Settings:

Each permission is used only to perform the action you asked for. My Notes & Cards does not use these permissions to track you, profile you, or send your note content to our servers.

Drawing with your finger or Apple Pencil does not require an additional permission. Printing through AirPrint does not require an additional app permission.

Retention and deletion

Because My Notes & Cards stores your content locally, your cards remain on your device until you delete them or delete the app. You can delete individual cards and sections inside the app. You can also delete the app from your device to remove its local app data, subject to any iOS backups or Apple services you control.

You can revoke app permissions such as Camera, Photos, and Location at any time in iOS Settings.

If you contact us

If you email us for support, we receive the email address and message you choose to send. We use that information only to respond to your request. Support emails are not used for advertising or tracking.

Children

My Notes & Cards is rated 4+ on the App Store. The app does not knowingly collect data from anyone of any age.
