Myworkingmemory LLC

myworkingmemory Privacy Policy

Effective date: August 23, 2026 | Company: Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company

The short version

myworkingmemory stores your training content and settings locally. It does not send that content to Myworkingmemory LLC. The app includes no advertising or third-party analytics SDK and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites. It uses Apple services for purchases and local notifications, and it performs sharing or opens links only when you choose those actions.

Who we are

myworkingmemory is made by Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. Email support@myworkingmemory.ai. This policy covers the myworkingmemory app on iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro, and its pages on myworkingmemory.ai.

What the Company receives

The app does not ask for or send us your name, email address, phone number, date of birth, contacts, photos, location, health data, custom words, planner entries, anchors, game answers, or training history. It has no Company account and assigns no Company user identifier.

The app includes no code that sends usage analytics, advertising data, or crash reports to us. Apple may provide aggregate sales, download, and diagnostic information under Apple's settings and policies. If you email support, we receive what you choose to send and keep it only as long as reasonably needed to answer, keep necessary business records, resolve a dispute, or comply with law.

What the app stores on your device

  • Your level in each Basic game and a short history of recent sessions.
  • Daily training summaries kept for about 180 days, plus starting levels, personal bests, and total training days.
  • The word list you chose, and any custom word list you wrote.
  • Planner entries, by date.
  • Anchor phrases, their reminder times, and whether reminders are on.
  • A pending delayed-recall session and whether you have seen its explanation.
  • The date and count used to apply the daily Basic-session limit.
  • Completion counts for paid games, verified product identifiers, Legacy Supporter status when applicable, and whether its thank-you message was shown.

This information lives in the app's local storage on that device. The app does not transmit it to the Company.

When the app uses the network

The app reaches Apple's App Store and StoreKit to load products and prices, complete and restore purchases, and verify access. Apple handles the purchase through your Apple Account. The Company does not receive your full payment-card number, bank-account number, or Apple Account credentials.

When you select a legal or support link, the app opens that page. Invite a Friend opens the system share sheet with the app's App Store link. On Mac, export, print, and progress sharing occur only when you start them and use Apple's system panels. A share destination you choose receives what you send under its own privacy terms. The app does not send this material to the Company.

Notifications

The app schedules local notifications for anchor reminders and for a delayed recall round. They are created and delivered on your device by the operating system. Nothing about them is sent anywhere, and no push service is involved. You can turn them off for the app in system settings, or turn reminders off for an individual anchor in the app.

How the app protects what it stores

The app writes information inside its operating-system sandbox. No system is perfectly secure. Protect your device, Apple Account, passcode, backups, and operating-system settings.

Export, print, and share on the Mac

The Mac version can export a comma-separated summary of your practice, print a readable summary, or share that summary. Each of those is something you start, and you choose where it goes in the standard system panel. The app has no ability to write or send a file on its own, and the summary contains levels, dates, and counts — not the words, anchors, or planner entries you wrote.

Children

The app is a general-audience product and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not send personal information to the Company. If you believe a child sent personal information to us in a support message, contact us and we will address it as required by law.

Your choices and your rights

You can delete individual anchors and planner items in the app, replace or clear a custom word list in its editor, and remove all local app storage by deleting the app. Apple separately controls its purchase records.

Privacy laws may give you rights concerning personal information a company holds. The Company does not receive your local app content and cannot access, correct, export, or delete it. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising. For support correspondence, send a rights request to support@myworkingmemory.ai. We may need enough information to verify and fulfill the request, and may retain records where law permits or requires.

Apple's role

Product display, purchase, restoration, and refund requests use your Apple Account and Apple's services. Apple handles that information under its own privacy policy and may provide the Company with transaction status and aggregate sales, download, and diagnostic reports. Apple, not the Company, controls Apple Account credentials and payment details.

Where information is handled

Your app information stays on your device, wherever you are. Support email you choose to send us is received in the United States. These website pages are served by our hosting provider, which handles ordinary web request information such as your IP address and browser type in order to serve the page; we do not add analytics or advertising trackers to them.

Security, honestly stated

We use measures appropriate to the limited information we handle, but no device, email, website host, or transmission is perfectly secure. Your local app content is only as private as the device, account, backup, and share destination you use.

Not medical information

Levels, scores, streaks, and completion counts are practice records. They are not medical records, a diagnosis, a measure of cognitive health, or clinical evidence. Do not use them to make a medical decision or as a substitute for a qualified professional.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. A change that materially affects your rights will be announced in the app or in the App Store release notes as well.
