Doodle Blackboard Support
Updated August 18, 2026 Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company
Doodle Blackboard is a local neon drawing app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. Your boards stay in the App's container on the device unless you export or share a copy.
Start drawing
- Draw directly on the board with a finger, gaze-and-pinch drag, mouse, trackpad, or tablet.
- Choose an ink, brush, or eraser from the controls.
- Use the board list to create, rename, switch, or delete boards.
- Use Share on iPhone, iPad, or Apple Vision Pro, or Export Board on Mac, to create an image.
Undo and redo keep up to 50 steps per board. Pro adds custom ink, patterned surfaces, replay, zoom and pan, variable-width lines, shape straightening, and text labels.
Purchase or restore Pro
Doodle Blackboard Pro is a one-time non-consumable purchase, not a subscription. Open a Pro feature or the Pro screen to purchase. Select Restore Purchase to ask Apple to restore an eligible purchase for the Apple Account in use.
If the product does not load, confirm that the device is online and the App Store is available, then try again. Apple controls billing, refunds, family and account rules, and purchase authorization. For a charge or refund question, contact Apple Support. A refunded or revoked purchase no longer unlocks Pro.
Local storage and recovery
Boards do not sync through a Myworkingmemory account and cannot be recovered by Myworkingmemory. Apple-managed device backups may include App data. Deleting the App, deleting a board, losing a device, storage failure, or replacing data can remove work. Export important boards and maintain the device backups you need.
If the App detects an unreadable board file, it preserves that file rather than silently overwriting it and starts with a recoverable working state. Contact support before reinstalling if you need help preserving files.
Drawing and export tips
- Reset the canvas position if zoom or pan moves the board out of view.
- On iPhone or iPad, a second finger is reserved for Pro zoom and pan and does not draw an accidental mark.
- On Mac, use the Board menu and standard keyboard shortcuts for common actions.
- On Apple Vision Pro, look at the board and pinch-drag to draw. Use Move after zooming when you want to reposition the board without making a mark.
- Exports are rendered images. Check the result before sending or relying on it.
- Device performance, free storage, operating-system limits, and destination services can affect saving and export.
