What you can do

See every day in color.

Prism Journal is a visual diary for the way a day felt. Pair each entry with a feeling and a color, then return to a mosaic of moments that is personal, expressive, and easy to revisit.

More app details

MAKE REFLECTION VISUAL • Write a title and the story of the moment • Choose Energized, Reflective, Grateful, Tender, or Hopeful • Give each entry its own color • Filter the journal by feeling • Pin the moments you want to keep close

A SMALL, INTENTIONAL RITUAL The current-spectrum view and color-led journal cards turn reflection into something you can recognize at a glance. Prism keeps the experience focused on writing and revisiting—not scores, streaks, charts, coaching, or habit pressure.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN Prism Journal works without an account. Entries are stored locally in the app's container. The current version has no ads, analytics, tracking, cloud sync, or third-party SDKs.

Press and hold an entry to edit, pin, share, or delete it. Sharing uses Apple's share sheet and happens only when you choose a destination.

Prism Journal is for personal reflection and general wellbeing. It does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, clinical mood tracking, or medical advice. It is not a substitute for qualified professional care.
