Lister: Write & Draft Notes is a focused list app for iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. Basic lists and iCloud sync are free. Optional purchases add tools, shared lists, time-limited access, and Smart Assist credits.

What Lister Does
- creates, edits, completes, flags, reorders, pins, archives, and deletes basic lists free;
- syncs lists between your devices through your Apple iCloud account;
- offers non-consumable Everyday Lists, Project Planner, Find & Protect, and Complete Tools purchases;
- offers Premium shared lists and extended recovery while subscribed;
- offers a non-renewing 30-Day Project Pass and consumable Smart Assist credits;
- shares, prints, and exports lists; and
- opens individual lists in separate windows on Apple Vision Pro.
Local Storage and iCloud Sync
Lister writes a local copy first and syncs a second copy through the Apple iCloud account signed in on your device. Confirm that iCloud Drive is on, Lister has iCloud access, and the same Apple Account is used on each device.
Premium shared lists use Apple CloudKit. People you invite can edit the selected list. Myworkingmemory LLC does not operate a Lister account and generally cannot recover or delete content in your Apple iCloud account for you. Export important lists you cannot afford to lose.
Smart Assist
Scan to List reads a photo you select on your device. Plan Builder creates a ten-step starting checklist on your device. A credit is used only after Lister creates a nonempty result. Consumable credits do not restore through the App Store.
Analytics Choice
Lister may send limited product-interaction events that do not include list titles or list-item text. You can turn optional analytics off in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for the exact disclosure.
Purchase and Refunds
Apple shows the final local price and billing period before purchase. Use Restore Purchases in the Lister Store for eligible non-consumable purchases, subscriptions, and an active Project Pass. Smart Assist credits are consumable and do not restore.
Premium renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel it in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Lister does not cancel Premium. Apple handles payment, taxes, Family Sharing eligibility, and refunds under Apple’s rules.
