UNION for Apple Vision Pro Terms
Provider and license
The native Apple Vision Pro version of UNION is provided by Myworkingmemory LLC ("Company") through the same UNION App Store listing as the iPhone and Mac versions. The App Store version is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement unless the applicable App Store listing supplies a different license. This page explains the game's service and purchase terms; it does not replace that license or limit mandatory consumer rights.
Gameplay and included content
UNION for Apple Vision Pro is an entertainment product. The native 3D update's free play includes human 1v1, solo practice, eight competitive combat units, and three introductory campaign battles. Full Campaign provides nine additional campaign battles, including three solo champion opponents, replayable three-battle expeditions, and three decorative keep styles. Campaign battles unlock in sequence through play. The champions are solo opponents, not competitive units sold to one player. Keep styles do not change battle statistics. These descriptions of the update do not mean the update has been released; availability, supported devices, and included features depend on the installed version and regional App Store listing.
Different units, strategies, difficulty levels, and opponents can produce different results. No victory, ranking, competitive outcome, or financial return is promised. Balance and presentation may be improved through updates. Optional nearby play requires compatible devices on a usable local network.
Human online play
Online matches use Apple's Game Center and require compatible game versions, an available connection, permitted multiplayer access, and separate participating Game Center accounts. Apple's terms apply to its services. Opponent availability and uninterrupted matchmaking or connectivity are not guaranteed. Disconnection or interruption may end a session without a new result; the app's status message explains the current state. A rematch requires both players' agreement. Company does not provide public text or voice chat.
Purchases and earned rewards
Full Campaign is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. It is the same purchase for the iPhone, native Mac, and native Apple Vision Pro versions in UNION's shared App Store listing. Use the same Apple Account and Restore Purchases to verify existing ownership without purchasing Full Campaign again for Apple Vision Pro. Apple displays the actual localized price and applicable purchase terms before confirmation. The purchased content has no recurring fee or time limit; it does not promise indefinite support for every device, future operating system, or future separately offered expansion.
The purchase model does not sell battle currency or combat advantages. Crowns earned through play can unlock visual styles. In-game rewards have no cash value and are not redeemable for money. Previously recorded earned items and older purchase value are preserved in the local profile.
Apple processes purchases, family approval, and refund requests. Restore Purchases checks the Apple Account's verified entitlement; it does not reconstruct deleted local progress or transfer or synchronize progress between devices. If Apple revokes or refunds a purchase, the app may remove that paid access while preserving earned progress. Mandatory rights and Apple's applicable refund rules continue to apply.
Your device and optional sharing
You are responsible for maintaining compatible software and appropriate backups. Deleting the app may delete locally stored progress. Company cannot recover a save that was never provided to it. Share local-duel connection codes only with an intended opponent. The optional Apple Vision Pro battle share uses your result text and the game link, excludes opponent names and account identifiers, and can be reviewed before sharing. It does not capture your surroundings or a battlefield image. You choose whether and where to send it. If you share a battle result through another service, that service's terms also apply.
Do not use the game or its optional connections to interfere with other users or systems, distribute malicious material, or violate another person's rights. The game's original artwork, software, and other protected content remain subject to the applicable license and intellectual-property law.
Privacy, availability, and consumer rights
See the UNION for Apple Vision Pro Privacy Policy for data handling. Company may fix errors and update supported features. Nothing on this page excludes a warranty, remedy, refund right, or liability that applicable law does not permit to be excluded. The applicable app license governs its other warranty and liability provisions.
