UNION for Apple Vision Pro Privacy Policy

Updated September 17, 2026 ยท Myworkingmemory LLC

This policy describes the native Apple Vision Pro version of UNION distributed through the same UNION App Store listing as the iPhone and Mac versions, provided by Myworkingmemory LLC ("Company"). Features and availability may differ by installed version. UNION for Apple Vision Pro does not require a Company account. This policy explains the information used by each feature and the choices you control.

Information kept on your device

The app stores settings, tutorial completion, battle results, campaign victories, earned rewards, equipped styles, daily tactical-test results, and purchase-recovery records locally. These records support gameplay, restore safe saves, and avoid delivering an older purchase twice. The app does not upload your local save to a Company gameplay server. Device backups may include it under your Apple backup settings. Company cannot recover a local save it does not possess.

Apple Vision Pro interaction and surroundings

The native Apple Vision Pro version presents its battlefield inside a window and uses the system's standard look-and-pinch controls and gestures. The app does not request or collect raw eye-tracking data, hand-tracking data, room maps, camera images, or microphone recordings. It does not capture your surroundings. The system handles input and spatial presentation under Apple's own privacy controls; the game receives the interaction needed to use its controls.

Apple purchases

Apple processes in-app payments. The app receives Apple-signed transaction information, such as product identifiers, ownership, transaction identifiers, and revocation status, to provide or restore purchased access and recover unfinished transactions. Full Campaign ownership is shared between the iPhone, native Mac, and native Apple Vision Pro versions in UNION's shared App Store listing when using the same Apple Account. Restoring ownership does not transfer or synchronize local game progress. Company does not receive your payment-card number or Apple Account password through the game. Apple operates the App Store under its own privacy policy.

Game Center and human multiplayer

In versions that support online play, Apple's Game Center provides sign-in, invitations, matchmaking, and the match connection. UNION for Apple Vision Pro uses Game Center display names and game-scoped player identifiers to identify the two participants, present invitations, and coordinate the match. Your opponent sees your in-game display name and selected keep appearance. Game commands, battlefield state, readiness, results, and rematch messages pass between the participating devices through the match connection. UNION for Apple Vision Pro does not operate a Company gameplay server or provide public text or voice chat.

Apple processes Game Center account and activity information under its own Game Center privacy information. You can manage Game Center sharing and multiplayer restrictions in Apple settings. Solo practice does not require Game Center sign-in. This policy does not mean every feature is available in an older installed version.

Nearby play and optional sharing

If you choose nearby play, devices exchange connection information and game commands locally. Connection information may contain local network addresses. Share it only with your intended opponent.

If you choose to share a completed battle, the Apple Vision Pro version prepares a message on your device containing the actual result, battle mode, duration, and survivor count, together with an App Store link. It does not capture a battlefield image or your surroundings. The generated message excludes opponent names and Game Center identifiers. You can review it before opening the system share sheet, then choose the recipient or service and whether to send. The chosen service handles the information under its own rules. UNION for Apple Vision Pro does not automatically upload the message to Company.

Optional game analytics

In versions that provide Optional game analytics, collection is off until you enable it in Settings. If enabled, the app sends limited product-use events to Company through PostHog, our analytics processor, using its United States ingestion service. These events help us understand return visits, tutorials, battle modes and results, expansion previews, verified purchase outcomes, restore attempts, connection problems, and use of sharing. They include event time, the app version and build, an app-specific random installation identifier, and a session identifier. The installation identifier connects visits from the same installation; it is not your name or Game Center identity.

The wrapper accepts defined event categories rather than arbitrary text. It excludes Game Center names and account identifiers, advertising identifiers, contacts, messages, captured screens, payment-card details, and receipt contents. The app asks PostHog not to derive geographic location from the network address; network providers still necessarily process an IP address to deliver a request. Analytics is not used for cross-app advertising or to alter the rules, prices, or outcomes of a battle. PostHog describes its processing in its privacy policy.

You can turn Optional game analytics off at any time. This stops further collection, cancels pending transmission where possible, and clears the app's unsent analytics queue and local analytics identifier. A request already transmitted may still reach the service. Turning the setting off does not automatically erase events already received by Company. Gameplay and purchases remain available regardless of this setting. Older versions without this feature do not send these product-use events. Apple may separately provide store statistics and diagnostic reports according to your Apple settings.

Support messages and website visits

When you contact support, Company receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. Company uses that information to investigate and respond, not to target advertising. Do not include passwords, payment details, private connection codes, or unrelated sensitive information. Website hosting and email providers process ordinary network and delivery information as necessary to serve these pages and deliver support messages.

Retention, choices, and requests

Local data remains until removed by you, the operating system, or an app deletion. Restoring a purchase does not restore an erased game save. Apple backups and copies you shared can remain separately. Unsent analytics events are limited to 128 events and seven days on the device. Received analytics is kept as reasonably needed to understand and improve the product, investigate issues, and meet applicable obligations; we do not promise an automatic deletion period that our service does not enforce. To request access to or deletion of identifiable analytics, open the Analytics identifier disclosure in Settings and send that identifier to the contact below before turning analytics off or deleting the app. Without that identifier we may be unable to associate pseudonymous records with your request. Company retains support correspondence only as needed to resolve the request, operate support, comply with obligations, and address disputes. Ask about access, correction, or deletion of information you supplied by emailing the address below; applicable rights and exceptions depend on your location.

The game is not designed to collect information from children. A parent or guardian may contact Company about information a child sent to support. Company does not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.
