Terms of Use

Two Lists: For You & For Them

Effective date: June 11, 2026

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of Two Lists: For You & For Them (“Two Lists,” “the App”), provided by Myworkingmemory LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

App Store terms

The App is distributed through Apple’s App Store. Your download, purchase, use, refunds, and related App Store account matters may also be governed by Apple’s terms, including the Apple Media Services Terms and Apple’s standard licensed application terms. If Apple’s terms conflict with these Terms for App Store distribution, Apple’s terms control to the extent required by Apple.

License

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, solely for your personal, lawful use and subject to these Terms and Apple’s applicable rules.

Paid app

The App is sold as a paid-upfront download unless otherwise stated in the App Store. We do not provide refunds directly. App Store purchases and refund requests are handled by Apple. You can request a refund through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Not a critical-alert or professional service

The App is a personal reminder and organization tool. It is not a medical device, emergency service, legal service, financial service, caregiving service, safety system, or professional advice tool. Do not rely on the App for emergencies, medication safety, medical treatment, legal deadlines, financial deadlines, childcare, eldercare, transportation safety, or any situation where a missed reminder could cause harm, loss, injury, legal consequences, or property damage.

Reminder reliability

Reminders and notifications may fail, arrive late, duplicate, disappear, or behave unexpectedly for many reasons, including iOS settings, notification permissions, Focus modes, device battery state, iCloud sync, network conditions, operating system changes, data corruption, user error, bugs, or third-party service issues. You are responsible for checking and confirming important tasks yourself.

Your content

You are responsible for the reminders, notes, dates, times, and other content you create in the App (“User Content”). You represent that you have the right to create and store your User Content and that your use of the App will not violate any law or the rights of any other person.

You should not enter content that is unlawful, threatening, harassing, defamatory, invasive of privacy, abusive, exploitative, or otherwise harmful. We are not responsible for User Content you choose to enter, store, share, screenshot, or sync through your device or Apple services.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains our privacy practices. By using the App, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Intellectual property

The App, design, name, look and feel, text, graphics, code, icons, and other materials are owned by Myworkingmemory LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license above, we reserve all rights.

Updates and changes

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We may also change features, compatibility, device support, design, pricing, and availability. We are not obligated to provide any particular feature, compatibility, or update.

Third-party services

The App may rely on Apple services, including iOS, notifications, iCloud, CloudKit, App Store purchase systems, and device-level settings. We do not control Apple’s services and are not responsible for their availability, security, performance, terms, or privacy practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, quiet enjoyment, and reliability.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, timely, accurate, complete, or compatible with every device, operating system, setting, or user need.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Myworkingmemory LLC, its founder, owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or enhanced damages; lost profits; lost revenue; lost data; loss of goodwill; business interruption; personal injury; property damage; missed reminders; missed deadlines; or other losses arising from or related to the App or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for all claims arising from or related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to download the App or one U.S. dollar. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some limitations may not apply to you.

Indemnity

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Myworkingmemory LLC, its founder, owners, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of the App, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your license to use the App if you violate these Terms or if continued use would create legal, security, operational, or business risk. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where applicable consumer law requires otherwise.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain in effect. The unenforceable part will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if permitted by law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
