Common Questions
How do I add a pet?
Open the Screen Pets window and choose a pet. On the Mac, it starts wandering your desktop. On Apple Vision Pro, it appears in the Pet Yard, and you can also choose Roam the Room to let the pets walk on the floor around you.
How do I pause or move a pet?
On the Mac, double-click a pet to pause it, drag it to move it, and right-click it for options. On Apple Vision Pro, look at a pet and pinch for its options, or pinch and drag to carry it.
What does the pet house do?
Sending a pet home tucks it into the house and shows a count badge. Use the house to call everyone back out whenever you want the company again.
What is expansion back alpha?
The app includes eight pets. expansion back alpha is a one-time, non-consumable In-App Purchase that unlocks fifty additional pets. Buy it once, then use Restore Purchases on any of your devices signed into the same Apple Account.
My purchase did not unlock. What should I do?
Choose Restore Purchases inside the app. If the pets still do not unlock, confirm you are signed into the Apple Account that bought the expansion, then email us and we will help.
Do my pets carry over between my Mac and Apple Vision Pro?
The expansion purchase carries over through your Apple Account. Pet positions and rosters are stored locally on each device, so each device keeps its own little flock.
