Oddword Privacy Policy

Effective and last updated: August 29, 2026

Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operates Oddword: Find the Outlier (the "App") and its support and legal pages (together, the "Services"). This notice explains the information those Services handle.

1. Short version

Oddword requires no Company account and contains no advertising, third-party analytics, or cross-app tracking. Answers, progress, settings, earned and purchased Lens balances, workshop content, and local entitlement state remain on your device. The Company does not receive that content through ordinary App use.

2. Information stored on your device

The App may store puzzles played, answer results, scores, progress, preferences, Lens balances, daily reward dates, workshop entries, and records needed to apply a verified purchase once. This information is used only to operate the game, preserve progress, prevent duplicate rewards or consumable grants, and determine local access.

Apple and your device settings control device backups and restoration. Deleting the App or its local data can remove progress, workshop content, and consumable Lenses. The Company cannot retrieve or delete local App data for you.

3. App Store purchases

The App uses Apple StoreKit to load products, process purchases, verify access, restore Complete Oddword, and recognize qualifying earlier paid-download customers. Apple independently handles payment credentials, billing, taxes, refunds, fraud controls, Family Sharing where available, and Apple Account information. The Company does not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password.

Apple may provide the Company with sales, proceeds, refunds, territory, product, App version, crash, and diagnostic information through App Store Connect. The App does not send answers or workshop content to a Company server.

4. No advertising or tracking

The App has no advertising SDK, third-party analytics SDK, or App Tracking Transparency request. The Company does not sell personal information, use information for targeted advertising, or track activity across other companies’ apps or websites.

5. Website and support

These pages are hosted by Vercel. Vercel may process ordinary request and security information such as IP address, request time, page, browser user agent, approximate region, and related logs under its own privacy notice. The Company has not added advertising or tracking scripts to these pages.

If you email support, the Company receives your email address, message, and anything you choose to attach. We use that information to respond, troubleshoot, keep reasonable business records, protect the Services, comply with law, and establish or defend legal claims. Do not send sensitive information unless you want it reviewed for support.

6. Disclosure and retention

The Company may disclose information it actually receives to Apple, hosting and email providers, professional advisers, authorities when legally required, a successor in a business transaction, or another party at your direction. Support and business records are retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, accounting, legal compliance, disputes, and business operations.

7. Children and privacy rights

The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children through ordinary use. A parent or guardian should control the child’s device, Apple Account, purchases, workshop entries, and support communications. Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information the Company actually holds. The Company cannot access local gameplay or workshop data.

8. Changes and contact

We may update this notice to reflect product, legal, or operational changes. The current version is identified by its effective date.
