Connect our Apify Actors to an n8n workflow or AI agent. Use the free workflow files below, connect your own Apify account, and pay for Actor usage under your account’s plan.
Free workflows maintained by Myworkingmemory for n8n Cloud and compatible self-hosted n8n versions. The setup guide covers credentials, inputs and billing controls.
One connection
Add all five tools to your AI agent
Add n8n’s MCP Client Tool to your AI Agent, or use MCP Client for a fixed workflow step.
Paste the MCP endpoint below. Select Streamable HTTP when a transport selector is shown.
Select Bearer Auth and create an HTTP Bearer Auth credential containing your Apify token. Keep tokens in n8n credentials.
Select the tools your workflow needs. Fetch a completed Actor run’s dataset or output record before using its results.
Connecting and listing tools does not require starting an Actor. Tool calls can incur Actor, provider and platform charges. A run ID is a receipt for work in progress, not the result itself.
Download a workflow, then use Import → From file in n8n, or paste its download link into Import → From URL. The files contain setup notes and no credentials.
Curated software shortlist
Search reviewed software records and produce a shortlist with source links, requirements and review dates. Preview uses three fixed sample records; full searches use the Actor’s paid page pricing.
Collect available caption tracks, timestamped source material and clear coverage results for public YouTube videos. Captions must exist; this does not transcribe audio or translate videos.
Separate verified safe-to-send results from records needing review, while preserving duplicates and input order. Bring your own supported verification-provider key or use an available capped pilot.
Inspect a PDF or DOCX and produce a clear findings report. Cleaning a copy uses the inspection fingerprint and confirmation where content would change. This workflow uses Apify pricing, which differs from our RapidAPI offer.
Your account pays for your runs. Your Apify credential authorizes the workflow and bills Actor usage to your own Apify account.
Review the selected Actor’s current pricing. Free and paid Apify plans can have different rates; third-party verification and AI-model fees are separate.
Start manually. Imports do not activate a schedule. Configure inputs, credentials, run-charge and timeout limits before your first execution.
Recover a run instead of starting it twice. Preserve its run ID after a timeout, then fetch that run’s status and results.
Document cleaning is explicit. Inspection and cleaning are separate operations, with confirmation where content would change. Keep your original file.
Preview and inspection modes avoid the corresponding paid Actor event where documented; Apify platform or storage costs may still apply. The workflows do not guarantee a zero-cost execution.
