What is free?

The complete in-app docket is free. You can add unlimited deadlines, notes, and categories; see overdue, today, tomorrow, and upcoming groups; complete and restore items; keep history; and receive a day-before reminder. There is no deadline or use cap.

What does Deadline Pro Plus include?

Deadline Pro Plus is an optional annual subscription. Apple’s purchase screen shows the current localized price before you buy. Pro Plus adds Home Screen, Lock Screen, StandBy, multi-deadline, and Control Center widget placements; Live Activity and Dynamic Island; the Apple Watch app and watch-face complications; picture-countdown sharing without the App mark; private iCloud sync; a custom reminder time; and earlier reminder choices. Prior purchasers of the former lifetime unlock keep lifetime access.

Restore a purchase

Use Settings → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that made the purchase. Apple processes the purchase and restore. If an active purchase still does not appear, restart the app and try Restore Purchases again before contacting support.

iCloud sync

Pro Plus sync uses your private iCloud database. Sign in to the same Apple Account and enable iCloud Drive on each device, then open Deadline Countdown. A complete local copy remains on each device. If Pro Plus ends, syncing stops but the local docket is not deleted.

Widgets, Live Activity, and Apple Watch

After subscribing or restoring, open the app once before adding a widget or complication.
Enable Live Activity in Deadline Countdown Settings and allow Live Activities in iPhone Settings.
Install the companion Watch app through the Watch app on iPhone. Open Deadline Countdown on iPhone and Watch once so the current entitlement and docket can transfer.
If a number looks stale, open Deadline Countdown; the app refreshes its local reminders, widgets, Live Activity, Watch data, and iCloud status.
