# Review new contact rows

1. Open the [Email Verifier on Apify](https://apify.com/myworkingmemory/email-verifier-bulk) in your own account and review its current pricing. New real-address checks require your MillionVerifier API key and supplier credits; the shared keyless pilot is exhausted.
2. Import `inputs/email-sheet.csv` into your own Google Sheet. Keep one address per row in column A, headed email. The reference column is optional. The examples folder contains synthetic data, not verified contacts.
3. In [Zapier setup](https://www.myworkingmemory.ai/zapier.html), choose Google Sheets → New Spreadsheet Row, map column A into the Actor's Email addresses list, and enter your MillionVerifier key only in its private password field. The Actor is `myworkingmemory~email-verifier-bulk`.
4. Map returned email, result, quality, safe_to_send, reason and is_test into your own report. The submitted design creates a Google Doc after result items exist; it sends no email.
5. For batches and dated result reuse, choose the [n8n intake workflow](https://www.myworkingmemory.ai/n8n.html#email). Use the guide's encrypted provider credential, save the exported cache privately and supply it next time.

Keep missing, test or inconclusive results on hold. n8n's ready route requires safe_to_send true, result ok, quality good, role false and a non-test result. The Zapier report describes how to review the flags; it does not send messages or automatically update a mailing audience. Cached results keep their original date and are not fresh checks.

Workflow downloads are free. Apify usage, n8n/Zapier plans and MillionVerifier credits are separate. Support: dean@myworkingmemory.ai.
