What's Due Soon: Countdown Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 5, 2026

What's Due Soon: Countdown is designed to keep your deadline list on your device. The app does not use accounts, analytics, advertising, tracking, subscriptions, in-app purchases, calendars, reminders, notifications, or cloud sync.

This Privacy Policy explains how Myworkingmemory LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use What's Due Soon: Countdown (the "App"), contact us, or visit our related website, support, or legal pages.

Summary

Information the App Collects

The App itself does not collect personal information from you. It does not create an account, ask for your identity, transmit deadline data to us, track you across apps or websites, or use analytics or advertising SDKs.

Information Stored Locally

The App stores the deadlines you enter, including titles, optional notes, due dates, due-time choices, and related local metadata on your device using local app storage. This information is used only to display, sort, edit, duplicate, and delete your deadlines in the App.

Because this information is stored locally and is not collected by us, we cannot view, recover, restore, export, or delete your deadline data for you. Your device settings, backups, operating system, or Apple services may affect whether local App data is backed up, restored, transferred, or deleted. We do not control Apple's backup, iCloud, device migration, or App Store systems.

Information You Choose to Send Us

If you contact us for support, feedback, legal, privacy, or other requests, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, attachments, diagnostic details, and any other information included in your communication.

Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers, government identification numbers, health information, confidential business information, privileged material, or other sensitive information unless necessary for your request. Review screenshots and attachments before sending them.

We use support communications to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, maintain business records, comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights, users, and the App.

Website and Hosting Information

When you visit our website, support pages, Terms of Use, or this Privacy Policy, our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, pages visited, and timestamps to provide, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot those pages. We do not use that information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Purchases

The App is distributed as a paid App Store app. Apple processes purchases, refunds, taxes, receipts, family sharing, purchase history, and Apple ID account activity under Apple's terms and privacy practices. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. We may receive or process limited purchase-related information only as needed to operate the business, respond to support, prevent fraud, maintain records, or comply with law.

Apple Diagnostics

If you choose to share crash or diagnostic information with Apple through iOS or App Store settings, Apple may make limited diagnostic information available to developers through Apple's developer tools and privacy practices. The App does not include a third-party crash-reporting SDK.

Information We Do Not Sell or Share

We do not sell personal information or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined by applicable privacy laws. We do not use your deadline data to train machine-learning or AI models, and we do not send your deadline data to third-party AI services.

Service Providers and Legal Disclosures

We may use service providers to host pages, process email, maintain records, secure systems, and support business operations. They may process limited information only for the purposes described in this Policy and subject to applicable legal, technical, or contractual restrictions.

We may disclose information we maintain if we reasonably believe disclosure is required by law, legal process, App Store process, or government request, or is necessary to protect the rights, safety, security, or property of us, users, Apple, or others. Because deadline data is local-only, we generally do not possess the deadline content stored in the App.

Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, transfer of the App, or similar transaction, information we maintain may be transferred as part of that transaction. This does not mean we can transfer deadline data we do not possess.

Retention

Local deadline data remains on your device until you edit or delete it, delete the App or local files, reset your device, or change device, backup, or storage settings. Support communications and business records are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for support, legal compliance, accounting, dispute resolution, enforcement, security, and business purposes, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law.

Your Choices and Rights

You can add, edit, duplicate, and delete deadlines in the App. You can choose not to contact us, or limit what you include in support messages. Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of certain personal information we maintain. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests and may retain information where required or permitted by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we process. No method of storage or transmission is guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining your device security, device backups, Apple ID security, and access to your device.

Children

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us and we will take appropriate steps as required by law.

International Users

Myworkingmemory LLC is located in the United States. If you contact us or use services that process information outside your country, information may be processed in the United States or other countries where we or our service providers operate.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page. Changes are effective when posted unless we state otherwise. We will provide additional notice or obtain consent where required by law.
