Vesper Support
Support for Vesper: Savings Tracker and the optional permanent expansion pack.

Email dean@myworkingmemory.ai. Include the Vesper version, iOS version, device model, what you expected, and what happened. Do not email savings amounts, notes, exported ledgers, payment-card information, or Apple Account credentials.
Expansion pack purchase or restore
Open Settings and choose Get expansion pack, then use the purchase button or Restore purchases. Use the Apple Account that owns the purchase. The existing Portable Ledger purchase covers the expansion pack. Apple handles payment and restoration. Vesper cannot see your payment-card number. If a purchase is pending, the unlock appears after Apple approves and verifies it.
CSV export
Open Tools → Monthly reports and choose Export full history as CSV. Select a location in Apple's save sheet. Vesper creates the file on your device and does not upload its contents. If saving fails, try a different Files location and confirm that the destination is available.
Local savings data
Savings entries and notes are stored on your device. Myworkingmemory LLC has no server copy and cannot recover them. History lets you edit entries, confirm deletion and undo the last history change during the current session. Tools → Backup and recovery can save a backup or recover missing entries. Settings → Recover previous local copy is for a damaged local file; it preserves the unreadable file. Deleting the App deletes its local data, subject to backups controlled by you and Apple.
Product analytics
Open Settings to turn Share product analytics on or off. It is off by default. The same panel can copy the random Analytics ID used for Vesper events. Include that ID if you request access to or deletion of associated analytics. Analytics never include savings amounts, notes, exported files, or StoreKit transaction identifiers.
