What is free?
All 40 Gentle ladders are free, complete, replayable, and available without advertising, an account, lives, or a subscription. A new player receives three Rungs. The first clean solve of each ladder earns one more Rung.
What does Complete Stile include?
Complete Stile is one non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks the 120 Steady, Tricky, and Expert ladders. Apple’s purchase screen shows the current local price before you buy.
What are Rungs?
One Rung adds the next word on a shortest path. Rungs are earned through play or bought in optional packs of 10, 50, or 150. Bought Rungs do not expire. They are consumable purchases, so Apple does not restore them. The balance is stored on this device and can be lost if the App or its local data is deleted.
Earlier paid-download customers
If Apple verifies that you obtained Stile before it became free, Founder Access unlocks all 160 ladders without another charge and preserves the original three included guided Rungs per ladder. Open the Stile Store and choose Restore Complete Stile if that access is missing.
Purchases and restores
Apple processes every purchase. Complete Stile can be restored while signed in to the Apple Account that owns it. Rung packs are consumable and are not restored by Apple. If a completed purchase does not appear, restart the App, check the Apple Account, then use Restore Complete Stile.
Progress and deletion
Progress, settings, and the Rung balance are stored locally. Stile has no Company account or sync service. Deleting the App can delete that local information, subject to backups controlled by Apple and your device settings.
