# Free Orange Book illustrative samples

These three CSV files are unchanged outputs from preserved-source query examples. The FDA source was acquired October 30, 2026. This is an acquisition date, not an asserted FDA coverage month. Samples are illustrative, not statistically representative and not the current live API response.

- products-sample.csv: application 008372; 4 rows and 23 fields.
- patents-sample.csv: trade-name filter ACTHAR; 9 rows and 44 fields with product context.
- exclusivity-sample.csv: ingredient filter SITAGLIPTIN; 8 rows and 37 fields with product context.

Import identifiers as text to preserve leading zeros. Original date strings and date-precision fields remain available. Source fingerprints, retrieval timestamps and file hashes are intentional provenance in the data. Listed dates are source data, not independent determinations of patent enforceability, exclusivity applicability or market-entry timing.
