mySource ("we," "our," or "the app") is operated by Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. This policy explains what information the app handles, how it is stored, and your rights.
We collect as little as possible. mySource does not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, saved URLs, notes, PDF snapshots, readable copies, or any personal identifiers.
The app stores your PageCards locally on your device. A PageCard may include the original URL, page title, domain, saved date, optional note, readable saved copy, PDF snapshot, and capture status.
When you save a web page, mySource loads the URL you provide in order to create a PageCard. When available, the app may save a readable copy and a PDF snapshot of that page. These saved copies are stored locally on your device.
mySource does not upload your saved pages, URLs, notes, readable copies, or PDF snapshots to our servers. We do not operate a remote database for your PageCards.
mySource includes a share extension so you can save web pages from Safari and other apps. When you choose to share a URL to mySource, the app receives that URL so it can create a PageCard. The main app and share extension use a shared local app container so your saved PageCards can appear in your Deck.
When mySource loads a web page you choose to save, that website may receive a normal request from your device, just as it would when you visit the page in a browser. Those websites may have their own privacy practices, cookies, logs, or analytics. We do not control third-party websites, and their privacy policies govern how they handle information they receive.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card number, or Apple ID. Apple handles all billing, renewals, free trials, cancellations, and refunds.
The app does not contain any analytics code. We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not sell data to anyone.
Apple provides us with aggregated, anonymized data through App Store Connect about how our app performs in the App Store — for example, total download counts, conversion rates, and impressions. This data is collected and anonymized by Apple, not by us, and it cannot identify you personally. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles this data.
Your PageCards are stored locally on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or remote databases for your saved PageCards. If you delete a PageCard inside the app, the app removes its saved metadata and associated local files when possible. If you delete the app, your local mySource data is deleted with it.
Depending on your device settings, Apple may include app data in device backups. Those backups are handled by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy and your iCloud or device backup settings.
If you choose to export or share a saved PDF snapshot, you control where that file goes. Once you share or export content to another app or service, that app or service may handle the file according to its own privacy policy.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management and Apple's system frameworks to load and save web pages you choose. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles purchase data and App Store activity. We do not integrate any other third-party services that collect personal data.
If we change this policy, we will update this page with a new effective date. We will not reduce your privacy protections without notice.
