myMoneySavings ("we," "our," or "the app") is operated by Myworkingmemory LLC, a Tennessee limited liability company. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect as little as possible. The app stores your savings entries, calendar data, subscription reminders, and preferences on your device using local storage. We do not require you to create an account. We do not collect your name, email address, or any personal identifiers.
Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, credit card number, or Apple ID. Apple handles all billing, renewals, and cancellations.
The app does not contain any analytics code. We do not embed third-party analytics SDKs, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We do not sell data to anyone.
Apple provides us with aggregated, anonymized data through App Store Connect about how our app performs in the App Store — for example, total download counts, conversion rates, and impressions. This data is collected and anonymized by Apple, not by us, and it cannot identify you personally. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles this data.
All your savings data stays on your device. We do not operate user accounts, cloud sync, or remote databases. If you delete the app, your data is deleted with it.
If you enable subscription reminders or the daily reminder, the app schedules local notifications on your device. These notifications are scheduled and delivered entirely by your device's operating system. We do not have access to notification content or delivery information.
The app is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
The app uses Apple's StoreKit framework for subscription management and Apple's UserNotifications framework for reminders. Apple's privacy policy governs how Apple handles your purchase data. We do not integrate any other third-party services that collect personal data.
If we change this policy, we will update this page with a new effective date. We will not reduce your privacy protections without notice.
