Myworkingmemory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates FundFold (the "App") and related support materials (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Services process, how it is handled, and what choices you have.
FundFold records savings goals, selected photos, amounts added or used, dates and notes on your device. It does not hold money, move money or connect to a bank. No Company account is required.
If you enable the paid iCloud feature, FundFold sends your saved goals, photos and history to your private iCloud database using your Apple Account so they can update across your devices. Company does not run a savings-content server.
Usage measurement is optional and off until you agree. With consent, the App sends limited action counts, app version/build, a random installation identifier and bounded technical diagnostic counts to PostHog. These analytics do not include goal names, savings amounts, photos, notes, purchase transaction identifiers or ratings. They are not described as anonymous because an installation identifier connects events from this installation.
You control sharing and export. Apple and destinations you select process information under their own terms and privacy policies.

Company does not receive savings content through the analytics implementation. Your content can be sent to Apple when you enable iCloud, or to a destination you explicitly choose for sharing, export or support.
Completed records and unfinished drafts use the App's local Application Support storage. Writes are atomic; protected files rely on the operating system's file protection. Saved-record recovery copies may be retained when a file is damaged. A successful form save removes its draft; an unfinished draft can be resumed or discarded.
Archiving keeps a goal and its history. Deleting a goal after confirmation removes it from active App records; when sync is enabled, a deletion record is synchronized to other devices. Backups, earlier recovery copies, exported CSV files and recipients' copies can remain. Turning off iCloud sync does not erase iCloud records. Use Apple's iCloud storage and backup controls to manage copies held by Apple.
Deleting the App ordinarily removes its active local container. Apple backups, iCloud records and exports can remain according to your settings. Company cannot directly recover or delete private local/iCloud savings content for you.
A goal's Share progress screen lets you preview a card with FundFold's name and its App Store link. Goal name and financial amounts are off by default; you can explicitly include them. Photos and individual ledger notes are not included. You choose the destination in Apple's share sheet. The App counts a share only when the operating system reports completion; cancelling does not count as completion.
Paid spreadsheet export creates a CSV containing each included record's date, goal, signed amount and note. You choose its destination. Formula-like text is protected so it is not treated as a spreadsheet command; CSV is not a lossless backup/import format.
Shared App Store links may contain a Company campaign/provider token and a fixed campaign name. These are source-of-link labels, not personal identifiers. Recipients and selected services control copies after you send them. FundFold does not automatically publish your savings information.
Names, amounts, dates, photos and history may reveal personal financial plans. They remain in your local records unless you enable iCloud, select export/sharing, or send them for support. Calculations run on the device.
The App does not use remote generative AI, remote transcription, speech recognition or a third-party content-analysis service for your savings records. The included companion animals are bundled artwork; your content is not sent to the artwork provider.
Optional usage measurement sends only allow-listed events and bounded values: app opens/first use/updates, savings workflows, offers, product-load results, purchase attempts and verified outcomes, restore results, completed shares, review requests/link taps, and crash/hang count buckets. It also sends app version/build, a development-or-production label, and a random installation identifier created only after consent. No hardware advertising identifier is used.
Before consent, the App creates no analytics installation identifier and sends no analytics events. Local aggregate counts remain readable in the App. Turning consent off cancels pending transmissions and removes the identifier locally. It cannot recall events already delivered. Enabling consent later does not upload the earlier local counts.
PostHog's person-profile creation and location enrichment are disabled. The App does not upload raw crash stacks or raw MetricKit payloads. Network connections necessarily expose an IP address to the receiving network service; this is not a goal-data field sent by the App. Retention and access controls for the Company's analytics project must match the Company's published practices.
When you visit Company webpages, hosting/security providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested resources, referrers, user agents and ordinary technical logs. Apple may provide aggregated download, sales, performance and diagnostic reports. These channels do not give Company your savings records.
If you contact Company for support, Company may receive:
Do not send savings records, selected images, confidential information, personal information, or third-party private information unless you want Company to review it for support purposes.
Company uses support communications to respond to you, troubleshoot, maintain business records, enforce Terms, protect Company Parties, and comply with law.
Apple processes App Store downloads, in-app purchases, restorations, refund requests, ratings/reviews and App Store analytics under Apple's terms and privacy policies.
FundFold uses StoreKit to verify the permanent purchase on the device and listen for transaction updates. A verified refund/revocation removes paid access while preserving your savings records. Apple decides whether to approve a refund. No subscription is configured for this release, and Company does not receive full payment-card numbers or run a receipt-validation server.
The App may ask Apple's system to display a review prompt after successful use. A separate Settings action opens FundFold's review page. The App records the request or tap, never the rating or review you give.
The analytics implementation does not collect goal names, amounts, notes, descriptions, photos, savings dates, record identifiers, transaction identifiers, rating values, full crash stacks, contact information, precise location, advertising identifiers or financial-account credentials.
No Company account or password is required. Face ID, Touch ID and passcodes remain with Apple's authentication system; FundFold only receives an authentication result.
This list describes information excluded from Company analytics. It does not prevent your deliberate transfer of content to Apple iCloud, a share/export destination or Company support.

The current App does not include third-party advertising SDKs, cross-app tracking, or behavioral advertising.
The current App does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission because it is not designed to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies.
Different advertising, tracking, sale, share, or behavioral-advertising practices would require updated disclosures, controls, or consents as required by applicable law or platform rules.
Savings records and drafts remain locally until they are deleted or replaced through the App/device controls. Archived goals remain saved. Recovery copies, device backups, iCloud copies, exports and recipients' copies can have separate retention.
Local usage counts remain on the device. Disabling optional measurement removes the local analytics identifier and stops further analytics requests, but does not delete already delivered events. Contact dean@myworkingmemory.ai for questions about information Company holds.
Company retains support, analytics, diagnostic, website and business records according to its actual service configuration and applicable support, security, accounting and legal needs. Confirm the analytics project's actual retention setting before publishing this draft; this document does not invent a retention duration.
FundFold uses iOS application isolation and file protection. Optional app protection uses Apple's device authentication and covers the App's content when it is inactive. It also requests redaction of widgets and reminder content and removal of Spotlight entries. These controls do not protect screenshots, CSV files or messages that have already left the App.
Keep your device, passcode, Apple Account and backup settings secure. No device, cloud service, backup, email or storage system is perfectly secure.
The Services are not directed to children under 13. Company does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the App.
If you believe a child under 13 provided personal information to Company through support or a Company website, contact Company at dean@myworkingmemory.ai so the request can be reviewed under applicable law.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, restrict, appeal, or opt out of certain processing.
Some U.S. state privacy laws apply only above certain revenue, volume, or data-sale thresholds. Company may not be covered by every state privacy law at all times. Company handles privacy requests as required by applicable law.
Send privacy requests to dean@myworkingmemory.ai. Company may need to verify your identity before responding. Company handles non-discrimination obligations as required by applicable law.
Company cannot directly access, correct, export or delete your private local/iCloud savings content. Use the App and Apple device/iCloud controls to manage it. Contact Company about information you deliberately supplied to support or optional measurement.
The current App does not sell personal information, share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use third-party ad tracking.
Because the App is not a browser-based service, browser Do Not Track signals do not change App behavior. Different web tracking, advertising, sale, or share practices would require updated disclosures, controls, or consents as required by applicable law or platform rules.
Savings names, amounts, dates, photos and notes can reveal personal financial plans. Company does not receive that content through optional usage measurement. Your deliberate iCloud sync, export, sharing or support request can send content to the service or person you choose.
Optional Face ID/Touch ID/passcode protection is performed by Apple. FundFold does not receive biometric templates or your passcode. No financial-account credentials, health-data permission, precise-location permission, contacts, camera or microphone access is required by this release.
FundFold records information you enter. It does not hold or transfer funds or provide personalized financial, investment, tax, medical or legal advice.
The App processes local content on your device. Company is operated from the United States, and Company websites, support communications, Apple information, or service-provider records may be processed in the United States or other locations where providers operate.
If you use the Services from outside the United States, you are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws and for understanding the data practices of Apple and any sharing destination you select.
Company may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version is identified by an updated effective date.
Material data-practice changes are handled as required by applicable law and platform rules.
