“Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Myworkingmemory LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to Word Twist: Word Scramble, including the mobile, tablet, desktop, App Store, support, and related app experiences that link to or incorporate this Privacy Policy.

No founder, member, manager, officer, director, employee, contractor, agent, affiliate, licensor, service provider, successor, or assign of Myworkingmemory LLC assumes personal liability by issuing this Privacy Policy, by making Word Twist: Word Scramble available, or by responding to a privacy request. Those persons and entities are intended protected parties under the Word Twist: Word Scramble Terms of Use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

2. Scope of this Policy

This Privacy Policy is specific to Word Twist: Word Scramble. It is intended to describe privacy practices for this word puzzle and anagram game, not every other application or service offered by Myworkingmemory LLC. Other Myworkingmemory LLC apps may have their own privacy policies or product-specific notices.

Word Twist: Word Scramble is designed as a word puzzle game in which you may unscramble letters, find hidden words, play daily puzzles, use hints or shuffles, track streaks, maintain progress, and manage related app settings. Some app activity may remain on your device. Some activity may involve Apple, the App Store, your device, operating system features, diagnostics, purchase systems, email, support channels, hosting providers, or other third-party services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this Privacy Policy.

3. Information we may collect for Word Twist: Word Scramble

We collect information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as permitted by law, or as directed by you. Depending on how you use Word Twist: Word Scramble, we may collect the following categories of information:

• App gameplay and progress information, such as puzzle progress, found words, scores, levels, streaks, hints, shuffles, achievements, preferences, settings, and similar game-state information, when stored by the app or made available to us through app functionality, diagnostics, support, or your communications.
• Device and app information, such as device type, operating system, app version, approximate region, settings, log data, diagnostic information, crash information, and similar technical information, if enabled or provided through Apple, your device, or our service providers.
• Purchase and subscription information, such as records that an in-app purchase, paid download, free trial, or subscription occurred; subscription status; transaction identifiers; receipts; price tier; renewal status; refund status; and related billing metadata. Payments and App Store account billing are handled by Apple or the relevant app store. We do not receive your full payment card number from Apple.
• Support and communications information, such as your name, email address, support messages, screenshots or files you choose to send, survey responses, feedback, bug reports, and other correspondence you send us.
• Legal and compliance information, such as records of consent, privacy requests, rights-request verification, dispute communications, fraud-prevention records, and records we maintain to comply with law or enforce our rights.

4. Information that may stay on your device

Word Twist: Word Scramble may store puzzle progress, game settings, streaks, scores, preferences, or other app content locally on your device by default. Local storage can reduce the amount of app content transmitted to us, but it does not make your device, backups, operating system, third-party apps, networks, or app stores risk-free. You are responsible for your device settings, backups, passwords, exports, screenshots, shared files, and any third-party services you choose to use.

5. How we use information

We may use information to provide, operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve Word Twist: Word Scramble; maintain puzzle progress and app settings; process purchases and subscriptions; respond to support requests; communicate with you; maintain records; enforce the Terms of Use; prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents; comply with law; protect our rights and the rights of others; and carry out business transactions such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

6. How we disclose information

We may disclose information to service providers, contractors, hosting providers, analytics or diagnostic providers, app stores, payment processors, legal and compliance advisors, law enforcement or government authorities when legally required or permitted, transaction counterparties in connection with a business transaction, and other persons at your direction or with your consent.

Word Twist: Word Scramble is a word puzzle game and is not intended to collect sensitive data such as precise geolocation, government identifiers, biometric identifiers used for identification, health diagnosis information, financial account credentials, race or ethnicity, religion, union membership, or similar sensitive information unless a specific feature or legal requirement makes that collection necessary and appropriate consent or notice is provided where required.

8. Children

Word Twist: Word Scramble is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at dean@myworkingmemory.ai. We may delete information that we determine was collected from a child without required consent.

9. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide Word Twist: Word Scramble, maintain records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud or abuse, comply with law, and protect legal rights. We may delete, de-identify, aggregate, or retain information as permitted by law. Local app data stored on your device may remain on that device, in backups, or in third-party services unless you delete it or manage it through those systems.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information we process. No method of transmission, storage, software operation, device security, or electronic processing is guaranteed to be secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or immune from unauthorized access. We do not guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never defeat safeguards or misuse information.

11. Your choices and controls

Depending on Word Twist: Word Scramble, your device, and your app-store settings, you may be able to access, edit, reset, export, delete, back up, or restrict information through app settings, device settings, Apple settings, or third-party services. You may unsubscribe from non-transactional emails using the instructions in those communications. Transactional, support, legal, billing, and security communications may still be sent where appropriate.

12. Privacy rights requests

Depending on where you live and whether a privacy law applies to us, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or opt out of certain processing of your personal information. We operate from the United States. If you access the app from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Word Twist: Word Scramble may link to or interact with third-party websites, app stores, payment systems, operating systems, cloud services, backup services, email providers, analytics providers, or other third-party services. We are not responsible for the privacy, security, availability, content, or practices of third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

18. Business transfers

We may disclose, transfer, or assign information in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, diligence process, change of control, or similar transaction, subject to applicable law.
