This Privacy Policy explains how Myworkingmemory LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with Box Breathing (the "App").
The App is intentionally simple. It is a local breathing timer. It does not require an account, does not use analytics or advertising SDKs, and does not send breathing session activity to us.

- The App does not access HealthKit, location, contacts, photos, camera, or microphone.
- Breathing session timing and state stay on your device and are not transmitted to us.
- App preferences, such as night mode, may be stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.
Information the App Does Not Collect
The App does not collect, transmit, sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose:
- Your name, email address, phone number, or address.
- Precise or approximate location.
- Health, fitness, biometric, or medical data.
- Contacts, photos, camera, microphone, calendar, or files.
- Browsing history, identifiers for advertising, or tracking information.
- Breathing session history, cycle counts, usage history, or wellness notes.
The App has no login, no account system, no cloud sync, no server backend, no in-app analytics, and no advertising network integration.
Local Device Operation
The App uses local device functionality to run the breathing timer, animate the breathing square, provide optional system haptics where available, support accessibility features such as VoiceOver announcements, and keep the display awake while an active breathing session is running.
The App may also store simple local preferences, such as whether night mode is enabled, using device storage. This local session state and preference information is used only to operate the App on your device. We do not receive it.
App Store, Apple, and Device-Level Information
If you download, purchase, update, review, or use the App through Apple services, Apple may process information according to Apple's own terms and privacy policy. Apple may also provide developers with aggregated sales, download, crash, diagnostic, or performance information depending on Apple's systems and your device settings.
We do not control Apple's data practices. Any Apple-provided information is handled by Apple under Apple's policies and is not breathing session data collected by the App.
Support Communications
If you contact us for support by email or another external channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, your message, and any attachments or screenshots you send.
We use support communications only to respond to you, troubleshoot issues, maintain our records, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell support communications.
Children
The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the App. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us through a support communication, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
No Sale, Sharing, or Tracking
We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use the App to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
Data Retention
Because the App does not collect personal data through the App, there is no App-collected personal data for us to retain or delete.
If you contact us for support, we may retain that communication for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business records, resolve disputes, enforce our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
Security
The App is designed to minimize privacy and security risk by not collecting breathing session data in the first place. Information that remains on your device is protected by your device settings, operating system protections, and any passcode, biometric lock, or backup settings you choose to use.
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own device.
Your Privacy Choices
Because the App does not collect personal data through the App, there are no in-app accounts, cloud records, or breathing session records for us to access, export, correct, or delete.
If you have contacted us for support and want to request access to or deletion of that communication, contact us using the information below. We may need to verify your request and may retain information where required or permitted by law.
International Users
The App is provided from the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, your support communication may be processed in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If our privacy practices materially change, we will update this policy and, where required, provide additional notice.
